JANUARY 2024 GOALS:
- create space and time for GOD first & foremost in the morning.
- church every Sunday.
- gym 5/6 days a week.
- limit eating out; start preparing all my meals.
- find a healthy way to cope with stress.
- increase my net worth.
- no sugary foods/chocolate.
