I’ve been looking at some job postings and noticed that basically they ask everything of you, yet limit your compensation and benefits to competitive. If you are asking x amount of years of experience and technical skills that might not even be related to the job posting I expect that you would disclose how much would I be compensated, should I be hired. Would save both parties plenty of time. Ffs
