Just because you AVOID conflict dont mean you SCARED of conflict 📌 it took me awhile to understand . I used to be ready to fight and argue with whoever to prove that i wasn't backing down from sht 🗣️ and i did just that .. and it ain't get me further from where i was in life !! Once i realized i actually had sht to lose and a reputation to uphold i started seeing the bigger picture & THATS WHAT GOT ME AHEAD 🥱
