I'm really happy about the growth of Waving Style in our communities. It think this dance deserved this spotlight for years! Now it's the critical time tho. It can become an even better thing, where everybody is accepted... Or it can go very wrong: dancers saying that Waving is what they do and not what other people do. I heard from some people that Waving is this slow, honest, freestyle dance. I even heard from wavers that some people's waving is "too popping". Bullshit. Don't believe this.
