The things that I really don't like in German academia - They only want you to deliver, like a robot, without life, always on time. - They don't really care if you truly believe in what you are doing or what they asked you to do whether it is a plot or a statistical test. - They often lure people to trust that they are empathetic but it's so often a measure to enforce obedience. - Context doesn't matter. Why something happened doesn't matter.
