@thesocialctv we hyphenated my daughters last name, mine and her mothers. We broke up when she was still young. I had her original health card, her mother got her another with only her last name. She registered her in school with only her last name. Then I got full custody and her mom disappeared. What a pain straightening that out. When my daughter married, she took her husbands name, so her daughters have the fathers name. Now divorced, she’s stuck with her ex husbands name.
