Only in health care where you're at work 24/7 or God-forbid on 3 cycles of 24/7, where it's acceptable to be told "ay nasa kwarto ka LANG pala" when they message/catch/notice you while you're taking a break. You know one 24-hour duty is equivalent to three 8-hour days right? Doesn't matter if I have breaks in between.
