I don’t know about you, but I like to start my day by feeding my mind, body and soul.
Starting my morning routine off typically with a bowl of oatmeal, today I mixed it up a bit.
I took one avocado mashed it added, low-fat cottage cheese, hard boiled egg. W0W! A whole lot of deliciousness right there😋 Always having some almonds, a protein bar, activating my health on a cellular level and a delicious cup of coffee..,I am good to go!!!
