So my yyc physiotherapist has outsourced their receptionist. You’re greeted by a tv screen. Am I a Luddite or is this giving… dystopia? I guess I still expect local businesses to pay local living wages to their staff and prefer human interaction. Have I lost the plot? (Sunglasses for privacy)
