Anyone else just think about how everything is so ephemeral in our digital world, how fragile it all is. We used to have historians digging through peoples old boxes of film and negatives for history that was lost, or recordings on cassette.

幾秒內	Untitled.bmp itsdotbmp	It makes me want to shoot analog film more, to record bird sounds and day to day life on cassette tapes, to record history in more robust formats that can survive long after our digital technology is in a landfill and the servers turn off and no one can backwards engineer our stuff to get the history stored in it
