Don’t get overwhelmed from your everyday life. Especially when it comes to work. You can only do it one step at a time, still you feel pushed with deadlines and work piling up. What can you do to make it not become a stress on your body and mind? Take a break. Just like the Kit Kat commercial. We basically have great focus for about 15-20 minutes, so a break allows you to recharge/reset. Be creative, take a walk, listen to music, meditate. Just allow yourself to slow down for 10 minutes.
