So this is my space to be honest about living with stage 4 cancer. The one thing you realise early on is a lot of people dont do sick people! So friends will disappear , faces in the crowd that used to wave turn away. It can leave you feeling very low - it costs nothing to smile and say hello !! Its not catching !!
