These rest days have done wonders for my body.
I’ve been eating still on track - calorie wise/conscious eating. I’ve been getting my 10,000 steps in still. Water has 1/2 a gallon (I’ll fix that today). I needed to rest and it paid off.
Plans are made to be in the gym bright and early tomorrow to resume these 5am gym sessions
