As I hit my 50’s I’m noticing that my body is slower to change with exercise and that bad food choices stay with me for longer—I’m still carrying my extra holiday pounds around this year and it’s almost spring. That’s never happened to me before.
I’m determined to age vibrantly, so I’m going to make one small change in my morning routine to see if it helps: fibre or protein first BEFORE my morning latte.
