mum died 6 years ago today. I only know this because sister keeps count. I actually don't care about the date she died, or when my dad died, birthdays etc. I just care that I was there when I needed to be. I've been labelled by many as " on the spectrum." Am I? Who knows ? Do I care? Not a jot. But I'm so glad that I could take mum to the pub for lunch on the last day of her life. She came home from the pub at 2pm and deteriorated from then. Died 9 pm.
