Dear Chicagoans, tbh I went today into Portillo’s with ZERO expectations, because I always thought that there is nothing special! I mean beef sandwich, hot dog or any other item in the menu - what is so special in this. I was wrong, I grabbed Beef Sandwich with Hot Peppers and small fries. And it was extremely delicious, bread was so fresh and crispy same with a meat and fries! While waiting in line for my order, I watched how lady was preparing Hot Dogs…
