As I gallop towards menopause, I’m finding that some days my body wants me to slow down and recharge. And that’s been hard on my waistline.
I’ve been following the advice of @glucosegoddess this week and starting my day with a slice of sourdough bread and half an avocado BEFORE my morning latte (the fibre in the 🥑 reduces thr sugar spike from the latte). I feel fuller for longer and some of my bloat is going away.
