If your anxiety is making you feel like you can’t get a full breath (breath hunger) try shaking it out. Start by just slowly moving your hand, then add the other hand, then add your arms. Speed it up. Add your feet, then legs. Breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth loudly. Shake your entire body out until you feel some release — laughter, yawning, deep inhale etc.
