April is Stress Awareness Month. Let's share how stress manifests in our bodies in unexpected ways. I'll start. For years, I used to feel dizzy and faint. Went thru all the tests, docs said I was fine. Eventually I developed body tremors. The minute I changed aligned my life to what felt emotionally safe, all my weird symptoms went away.
