Life has become a juggling act of late, so this weekend I’ve committed to some selfcare to relax, recharge and regroup.
That includes catching the sunrise at the lake, drinking plenty of water, and going for a long walk without my AirPods in. It’s easier to quiet your mind when you’re surrounded by the sounds of nature instead of someone else’s voice.
