I’m OK with paying for coverage; nobody expects a free lunch. But £2.5k is out of reach for most independents, and I don’t think many would recoup it either. Engagement on their social platforms isn’t great these days — it’s virtually non-existent on their Facebook and Twitter. Not that £2.5k was a ‘good’ price three years ago but surely they can’t charge that now?
