The worst i feel when someone is totally wrecked and confides in me for support i find myself completely helpless and worthless all i do is to tell them "you will become strong" as i can see they are crumbled but i can do nothing to take that pain out of their lives and its the worst of the worst like i have no power whatsoever to help.
