One of the best exercises for the back:
Couple of tips:
- use straps so you don’t lose grip at the end of your set and not having your forearms as a limiting factor
- find something you can grab to have more stability
- elbow tucked in, if you want to work the lats (which this exercise is supposed to do), they have the best leverage with your arms close to your body with this movement
- intensity: get to or close to failure
