It was a dud, folks. Some hazy high clouds came in right before moonrise, and blocked out the moon until about 25 minutes after moonrise, and by then it was too high in the sky for the comp. If the clouds hadn't been in the way, the moon would have risen right behind Mt Hood and the St Johns Bridge. Oh well, there's always another day, and another moonrise. This was a cell phone shot.
