Are people not aware that they can shred their own cheese? Like if you’re worried about anti-caking agents just shred it yourself. You can also use better quality cheese that way. Revolutionary, I know.

.... I'm going to be that person but the anticaking agents are usually some kind of starch or cellulose (which is so common in other foods too). But yes, let's wash cheese and not the chicken
