@nsandi_saving I’ve just been locked out of my account for apparently not knowing my husband’s birthday, mum’s birthday or the uni I went to?! Has happened to my husband too and now we’re scrambling to get cash to pay bills on time! Been told we just have to wait for forms but surely there is a glitch with your system this cannot be right.
