The right wing SCOTUS justices, who so obviously want to vote to give Trump immunity, are counting on the fact that Biden will be a decent person who will follow Presidential norms even if they rule that way. And that Trump will make sure there are no further Democratic Presidents if elected, so they won’t have to worry about repercussions from their ripping up the constitution.
