If capitalism was a system based on demand and offer, why the hell the military budget is as high as it is? Why apple and Microsoft are fighting for the biggest companies? Isn't food the actual demand? Inst it water? Clean water, housing, good proper sewage systems, roads.... Capitalism has nothing to do with demand, but instead it's just a way of keeping wealth concentrated while driving artificial demand and playing with an invisible fake market. It doesn't reflect society at all.
