If it’s awareness does she want to kill those with special needs or the unconscious? Also current neuroscientific evidence indicates fetal pain perception in 1st trimester when most abortions occur. Yet shes still comfortable killing millions of innocent babies every year. As long as the mom is comfortable, the child’s life does not matter to her.
