Today, I applied for a job that I more than qualify for. As soon as I hit submit, I IMMEDIATELY got an email saying they are not considering my application, which to me means that AI/a bot is responsible for weeding out applicants. It’s so frustrating because any employer I’ve ever worked for would tell you that I’m a wonderful employee. Companies are missing out on good workers because they aren’t giving people a chance.

I told the referer who had to reach out to the hiring manager who had to call HR to interview me. Ultimately I got the job but its insane how often this happens. And if not for that friend they wouldn't have pulled me from the auto reject bin.

19 小時內	Bonita Applebum muvablue	It’s the AI feature, to bypass this, try copying the job description/keywords and changing the font to white and pasting it in their cover letter so the font color matches the page and it puts your resume/application to the front of the pile
