(1/2) I’m not sure how I ended up here but felt impressed to comment. After 2 psychiatric hospital stays, I was diagnosed with Borderline 24 years ago. But based on what I know about it, I think it started long before that. With a lot of hard work and determination, I no longer meet criteria for that diagnosis. Don’t get me wrong- it’s still there, in the back of my mind. I deal with thoughts and desires that I know are BPD and not me, so it is a daily battle.
