I'm pretty well convinced at this point - after having studied at least a little bit of several languages and a lot of one - that anyone who actually thinks English is the hardest language just hasn't tried very hard to learn any other languages. They *all* have rules that contradict other rules, things that make no sense, and unnecessary letters/extra things. All of them.
