Regarding lagging body parts.
I would agree that more volume is often the answer. However, more volume doesn’t always mean more exercises, sets, or reps.
It’s perhaps a better idea to try to generate more volume, aka finally meet the threshold for stimulus for a stubborn body part via performing this audit first.
