Never thought i will gain weight sampai macam ni. Paling berat was 58kg after kawin. Then it when to 75kg after gave birth and breastfeed journey. 3 years I lost my self. My confidence level at that time -10 😂. Also never thought i will lose weight this easy. All started puasa 2023, I lost 5 kg and continue puasa because i have to ganti puasa sebab bersalin + menyusu anak for 3 years. So around 50 days kena ganti. Alhamdulillah i lost 15kg now.
