Threads has some technical quirks that might be caused by some local settings, adblock or security factors... Threading and replying can behave oddly. My main gripe is something that I don't see on other social media. Really dopey attempts at engagement, I've blocked and swiped away most of the algorithmic tranches of content. Like the bible thumpers and incel/mgtow trad stuff etc so I am just seeing more general engagement bait. Some of it is people posting here when Google search is instant.
