Gym advice: Do whatever the fuck you wanna do, follow different programs, lift light some days, hit the bags, hang off the bars upside down 🤷🏻‍♂️ you are meant to enjoy it, mix it up. Programs are for optimal results, great but to what end, the optimal result for me is actually getting to the gym. I do follow different programs for weights but dont do it religiously, because you can get board of it or plateau or both. Over time you will still see results regardless and you will enjoy it more 🙏🏼
