Yes! I’ve started learning more about ketones/ketosis (I’m training to be a certified ketone coach) and when your burning your glucose like carbs & sugar instead of fat for fuel your body craves it to replenish! And we all know postpartum whether you breastfeed or not your body is going through SO much & needs that energy! I found low sugar options when I had a bad craving I couldn’t stop. But now that my body is in ketosis 100% of the time regardless of my diet, I’m not craving the sugar 🙌🏻
