As nations aim for more ambitious lunar missions and the development of operational lunar bases, the idea of a train on the Moon is becoming increasingly realistic. NASA is planning to construct the first full-scale lunar railway station to facilitate the efficient and autonomous transport of payloads across the Moon's surface. This lunar train, known as the Flexible Levitation on a Track (FLOAT), will differ significantly from Earth's trains.
