@secretarypete On Wednesday, @southwestair lost the name tag to my bag, that also holds my metal business card. They told me to kick rocks. (In Short) Today my bag was lost. Probably because my name Tag wasn’t on it. 🙄 A 77yo in Santa Fe named Betty Lou has it. She was being pushed in a wheel chair. The guy pushing her, contracted by the airport, grabbed the wrong bag. She feels terrible and tried to correct this situation. She doesn’t drive. 1/3

Doesn’t. Drive. I offered to do the Santa Fe swap. They said no, because I don’t have her bag claim tag. Well let’s call Betty Lou so she can authorized me to deliver her bag, they said no. Since they are sending someone to get mine, just take her bag!! They said no. It’s her fault… and the delivery service Would charge them TWICE! 2/3
