Hochul said she blocked Congestion Pricing (CP) because of the high cost of living in NY. But of course we know the high cost of living is due to high rents, which is due to NIMBY laws blocking housing construction. No CP means more gridlock, which drives NIMBYism because one major driver of NIMBYism is fear of more traffic. 🤕
