Over the last 5 months I’ve learned so much about the power of the mind; - being more realistic about my use of time, - how my intentions dictate my thoughts - which thoughts I entertain depending on their alignment with the here and now - and creating room to observe and understand my attachments and frankly, if all pieces are aligned, it’s incredible what you can do entirely on your own. cheers to self-awareness!
