I did not get a good night's sleep last nite. My pillow is all types if wrongs...got crooks all in my neck. Back hurts...headache..I'm a mess. I ordered 2 new pillows from Amzon so hopefully that helps..gonna take a nice shower, sleep gummies and prayers✌️
