It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is moving more for our mental health 🧠💪
Here's five easy ways to get some movement in your day:
1️⃣ Get off the bus one stop early 🚌
2️⃣ Use some tin cans (or textbooks) as weights 📚
3️⃣ Do some simple stretches and stand up for at least 2 minutes every half hour 🧘♂️
4️⃣ Have a dance around your kitchen while you're waiting for the kettle to boil 🎵
5️⃣ Try walking meetings if you don't need a camera 🚶♂️
