Advice to business owners: Hating on your competition when trying to get a sale is a sign of weakness and a turn off to customers. If you’re constantly hearing about the competition then it’s probably a sign that you should get better because they’re doing something right. My goal is to be the best. I like great competition because it drives me to innovate and be even better. Those who fear competition resort to hating on them because they know they can’t stack up.
