A month ago Swiss Airlines delayed my luggage in Switzerland for two days. My friends were worried for me, meanwhile I was indifferent. Today I finally got the 50% compensation of the clothings I bought :) Tbh I thought they would compensate 100%, however, they changed their policies a while ago (how stingy), but hey, still better than nothing. ☃
