As a mentor, embrace that you’re not gonna be everything for everyone, at all parts of their journey. You’re gonna work with people who build foundations with you, work with someone else then only then get their big breakthrough. You’ll work with people who have had horrible experience in the past, and come to you with a sigh of relief. You’ll work with people who call you “their person” and continue to come back to you over and over. It’s all perfect. Embrace it all.
