kneereplacement 14dys out from partial replacement on right knee & my sciatica on my left hip has flared up to the point of barely being able to move, at times. I'd give just about anything to get to my chiropractor for an adjustment but that's not happening. Haven't started working with a pt yet, not sure if I'm where I should be with ROM at this point, just doing my best. 1st followup is Tue with surgeon. I'm exhausted.
