I was privileged enough to sign up for a group therapy that does "process painting". We explored the different stages of grief, how/when/why we experienced them, and then paint through our grief. Through this experience, I found a community — those who are grieving as much as I am. In these sessions I learned that everything I think about or experienced is also experienced and thought of by others in the group. I feel less alone.
