1) Mkn protein sihat (ikan stim/bakar)
2) Mkn karbo kompleks (sweet potato)
3) Mnum air kosong (2-3L /day)
4) Mkn good fat (kcg badam/avokado)
5) Less sugar intake tau
6) Start dgn simple cardio, jog or any feveret exercise
