Went back tonight to see @lctheater’s Uncle Vanya for a second time from front row orchestra center and I was enchanted and moved by the exceptional ensemble. And casting anikaaroundtheworld as Elena was such an inspired choice. She is superb. It’s been several years since I saw her on stage in A Raisin in the Sun and Carmen Jones, so I was thrilled to tell her after the show how much I loved her performance.
